The short version
It's Handled is a reminder service for life admin tasks. We remind you about things. You tell us when they're done. That's the deal.
What we provide
- A curated list of life admin tasks
- Confidence tracking that decays over time
- Email reminders when things need attention
- A calm, non-judgmental interface (mostly)
What we don't provide
- Legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
- Guarantees that you won't forget things anyway
- Liability for missed deadlines or expired documents
- A replacement for actually doing the tasks
We remind. You act. The responsibility is yours.
Accounts
- You need a valid email address to use the service
- One account per person, please
- Keep your email secure — that's how you log in
- We can suspend accounts that abuse the service
Payments
- Free tier: $0, limited to 10 tasks
- Pro tier: $5/month, billed monthly
- Payments processed securely by Stripe
- Cancel anytime — no questions, no hassle
- No refunds for partial months, but we won't charge you again
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Try to break or exploit the system
- Automate access without permission
- Pretend to be someone else
Changes to the service
We may update features, pricing, or these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Either way, we'll delete your data within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
We provide this service “as is”. We're not liable for:
- Missed reminders due to technical issues
- Consequences of tasks you didn't complete
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
