What we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — for authentication and sending reminders
• Task confirmations — when you mark tasks as handled
• Region — inferred from your location to show relevant tasks
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card details)

What we don't collect

• We don't track you across the web
• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't use your data for advertising
• We don't store sensitive documents (that feature isn't built yet)

How we use your data

• To send you magic link emails for sign-in
• To send reminder emails when tasks need attention
• To calculate confidence scores and decay rates
• To process payments via Stripe

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted services:

• Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional emails

Each of these has their own privacy policy and handles data according to industry standards.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can:

• Export your data at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of reminder emails (though that defeats the purpose)
